Excursión a Juromenha

Hola ¿Cómo llevamos la Semana Santa?.... Nosotros nos hemos quedado en casa porque tenemos que trabajar, pero para pasar el rato hacemos excursiones a Portugal, y a los pueblecitos que tenemos alrededor de Badajoz. Este año ha venido familia de fuera y hemos ido a un pueblo en Portugal que se llama Juromenha. Está abandonado, pero algunas de sus construcciones siguen en pie, como la iglesia, las murallas y algunas casas señoriales, impresiona entrar en una pequeña capilla medio derruida pero con las pinturas en las paredes.... Es un sitio muy peculiar y allí se pueden hacer unas fotos fantásticas... Y para muestra.... un botón a ver si os gusta...

Hello ¿How is going your Easter holidays? We stay at home because we have to work, but to get something fun we do some excursions to some villages around our town. And we went to Juromenha, a little abandoned village in Portugal. It impress to get into the crumbling mansions and churchs. It`s a very particular place, and you can make a lot of nice pictures. let`s see...

It`s a quickly travel from Elvas, in a narrow and lonely road.

El viaje se hace rápido desde Elvas, en una carretera estrecha con muy poco tráfico y muy bonita

El día estaba nublado y nos llovió a ratos, pero para las fotografías, el paisaje y el clima eran perfectos.

The day was cloudy and it rained at times, but for the photos, the landscape and the weather were perfect.

Y empezó a llover, nos fuimos a Elvas, una ciudad fronteriza que es preciosa, a comer en un restaurante muy familiar.... Y luego paseito para bajar la comida por esta ciudad tan bonita...

we went to Elvas for lunch, a beautifull border town in Portugal in a familiar restaurant..... and after lunch a walk throught this nice town.

Paseamos por sus calles... llenas de rincones pintorescos y de imágenes muy pintorescas también...

The streets are full of nice corners and some nice pictures too...

Nunca había visto un coche como este ¿¿ vosotros??...

I never seen a car like this, and You??

Y para terminar el día, una buena cena con la pareja perfecta y con una muy buena compañía, un día maravilloso...

And for the end of the day, a good dinner with the perfect couple and a very good partners, a wonderful day..

Excursión de fin de semana.

Este fin de semana está haciendo un tiempo espléndido, hace frío pero ha salido un sol precioso que invita a salir y pasar el día en el campo o en la calle. Ayer nos fuimos a hacer una excursión al campo ( que en Extremadura en esta época está precioso) y así hacer la "ruta de los dolmenes". en la zona de Valencia de Alcántara. Una comida espectacular, un paisaje precioso, una gente encantadora y.... algún que otro dolmen...

This weekend is beeing a lovely weather, it`s cold but the sun is out and that invite you to go out . Yesterday we went to the countryside for a excursion, in Extremadura (our region) this time of the year the landscape is beautifull. So we made the dolmens route in "Valencia de Alcántara". Gorgeous food, great landscape, lovely people and.... some dolmens...

Comimos en un viejo convento, al calor de la chimenea....Migas, arroz con boletus, arroz con gallo de corral, jabalí..... En fin, nos pusimos las botas...

We had lunch in an old convent, near the fireplace.... tipical food from a lot of years ago... a lot of food, so we ate too much..

Y después de comer... 5 km. de camino por delante

Para llegar al primer dolmen "el carijón I" un poco decepcionante después de tanto andar...

to get to the first dolmen "El carrijón I" a little bit disappoiting after the long way...

Y cuando pensábamos que eso iba a ser todo llegamos al dolmen "el mellizo"...

But when we thougnt that everything was going to be a little bit sad, we went to the next dolmen "The twin"...

Un dolmen fantástico, desde él se pude ver la roca gigante que hay en una pequeña montaña y que los hombres de hace 6.000 años pensaban que era sagrada, y construian los dólmenes mirando hacia ella.

A great one, From there you can see the top of the montains were is a very big rock, and all the dolmens are looking at it, because people from 6.000 years ago thoughts it was sacred.

Pasamos un día fantástico, en una zona que no es muy conocida aunque es preciosa, os lo recomiendo.

Miss Patty Largas

Buenos días!!!!.
Hoy parece que va a salir el sol y seguro que hará un día precioso, justo el que necesitaba para salir a la calle a hacer un montón de cosas que tengo pendientes. Peeeero antes de irme quiero que conozcáis las creaciones de María Galán. Seguro que habéis oído hablar de ella, porque le hizo una colección de sus muñecas "Patty Largas" a la Duquesa de Alba que son una preciosidad.
Viste a sus muñecas con las últimas creaciones de los modistos más famosos y todo, muñecas y ropita, lo hace ella. No se si la conocíais antes o no de todas formas aquí van unas imágenes de sus Patty que seguro que os encantan. Bss xxx

*Hello!. Yesterday I finished a new collection that I called "Tipi Sioux" because at the end of the first bracelet reminded me the bracelets that Indians wore at the Indians and the cowboy movies, do you remember? That naps Saturday we spent watching the 7th cavalry fighting the indians and backwards .... ;) Are reversible, they are in purple and olive green. I can also do it in camel, pink, blue, green, gray.... I hope you like it.

Punch and Judy

Punch and Judy es mi primer blog, en él tengo expuestas algunas de las cosas que hago como pulseras, collares, colgantes, etc. que a mí (claro está) me parecen preciosas. Tengo muchos modelos diferentes aquí teneis algunas fotos del blog, si quereis ver más entrad en Punch and Judy.
